Interfaith’s classroom/didactic and clinical training program creates a well-prepared and highly sought-after RDA professional with excellent clinical skills, compassion, and a patient-centered approach. Students will benefit from comprehensive preparation working in general dentistry, as well as experience in endodontics, IV sedation, and oral surgery. RDA students will have the opportunity to be involved in caring for patients ranging from children to seniors.
Additionally, nearly 200 dental professionals volunteer annually in our clinics. These volunteers provide students with an invaluable opportunity to work alongside (and network) with local dental practitioners as they complete their training and enter the job market. It is great exposure to potential future employers and Interfaith is proud to assist students in their efforts to obtain employment after graduation. (We cannot and do not guarantee employment before or after graduation.)
This board-approved eight-month, full-time training program enrolls students three times annually. Classes are limited to six participants per cohort to ensure a low student-to-instructor ratio and to provide optimal clinical experience serving patients in both Interfaith Dental Clinic locations - Murfreesboro and Nashville (ALL didactic/classroom instruction is in Murfreesboro).
