Rutherford Works recently released findings from the first-ever workforce development study conducted in Rutherford County. The study was done by Jobs for the Future, a non-profit that works with the Harvard Graduate School of Education, along with Tennessee and other partner states to design and drive adoption of education and career pathways leading from college readiness to career advancement.
