Rhonda Switzer-Nadasdi, D.M.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Rhonda Switzer-Nadasdi graduated from the dental program at the University of Manitoba in 1991. Since then, she has spent her career overseeing dental programs for the poor. She served as head of dentistry at a fly-in health center in the sub-arctic location of Churchill, Manitoba. She also worked as a staff dentist for the Department of Health in Hamilton, Bermuda, where she treated children of low-income families, people with mental disabilities, and people in nursing homes and prisons. Dr. Switzer-Nadasdi became the first employee of the Interfaith Dental Clinic in Nashville, Tennessee in 1995 and has served as the CEO. During her tenure, the clinic has grown from a two-chair operation located in a church basement to a ten-chair clinic with a staff of 35, providing more than $4 million in care each year. She is an avid sportswoman with a golf handicap of three and a top scorer on her coed ice hockey team.

Andrea joined our team in June 2014. Prior to that, she worked for Bank of America as part of the Local Market Delivery team delivering the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility and other initiatives across three states. She began her career in the nonprofit world, working in various roles for two Big Brothers Big Sisters organizations in Indiana. She graduated from Ball State University with a degree in political science and public relations. She also holds a Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University, with concentrations in nonprofit management and policy analysis. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer with several Nashville nonprofits, most notably Junior League and reading each week to the pre-K students at Caldwell through the PENCIL Foundation.
Chief Development Officer
Beverly Grant joined the Interfaith Dental Clinic team in September 2014. Since 1993, Beverly has focused her career in the field of philanthropy, matching donor’s needs to the community. She most recently served as the Director of Philanthropy for Park Center and Development and Marketing Manager for First Steps, Inc. She and her husband, Tom, live in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and are active as volunteers in many Wilson County charitable organizations, including Fiddlers Grove Historic Village, New Leash on Life and the Wilson County Fair. Beverly is a graduate of Union University and the Southeastern Paralegal Institute. She is a past president of the Grants Professional Association’s Nashville chapter and the current president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Nashville chapter.

Jeff joined our team in May 2013. He is a graduate of Lambuth University and received a Master of Divinity degree from the Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. His background includes leadership in the church, various nonprofits, and higher education. He is an active member of East End United Methodist Church.

Gracey joined our leadership staff in January 2010, bringing with her many years of experience in business operations, facility management, human resources and financial management. Gracey and her husband, Terrell, have long been supporters of Interfaith’s mission, and she considers her employment with the clinic an added blessing.
M. Susan Bradford
Clinical Affairs Administrator
Susan joined Interfaith Dental Clinic in August 2004. She is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee and has more than 16 years of experience as an office manager for a private dental practice. Susan’s favorite part of her job is working with a dedicated staff that shares a common goal to give our patients healthy smiles.
Office Manager, Rutherford County Clinic
Michelle joined our team in January 2012 after graduating from dental assisting school. Prior to that, she worked in supply chain management and middle management positions for over 20 years. Michelle holds a degree in business management from Liberty University. Michelle and her husband, natives of Middle Tennessee, are donors to and strongly believe in the mission of Interfaith Dental Clinic.
Rutherford County Development Director
Michelle joined the Interfaith Dental Clinic team in July 2016. She joins the team with a wealth of insight within the non-profit industry, having previous experience of oversight of fundraising, corporate giving and building advocacy through targeted volunteer opportunities. She and her husband, David, have lived in Middle Tennessee for nearly 20 years and consider Murfreesboro their home. Michelle has always had a keen interest in travel, culture and food, and considers it a perk that she gets to spend everyday talking about smiles!
Kristin Dillard Kim
Volunteer Engagement Specialist
Kristin joined our leadership team in July 2011. Her background includes eight years of experience in volunteer and nonprofit support in Nashville and Atlanta. Kristin is a passionate volunteer for several area nonprofit organizations and an active member of Belmont United Methodist Church.
Communications & Grants Manager
Jennie began her 2015 new year by joining the Interfaith Dental Clinic team. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Strategic Communications from the University of Kentucky and continues to be a proud supporter of her alma mater. Along with her corporate healthcare communications background, she also brings marketing and new patient-care experience from orthodontic practices in Davidson and Rutherford counties. Jennie, together with her family, volunteers with several nonprofits locally and in her hometown. She and her husband, Drew, enjoy travelling, being on the golf course and trying out Nashville’s newest restaurants.
Elizabeth Sparrow, D.D.S.
Dr. Elizabeth Sparrow graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in 2000. She has eight years of experience in private and public practice, including two years with Indian Health Services on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico and four years with the Metro Nashville Public Health Department. Dr. Sparrow is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and the Millennium Dental Study Club. She joined the Interfaith Dental Clinic team in June 2009.
